Please note that orders are confirmed via e-mail, and we may also contact you via phone, postal mail or email with questions regarding your order. When you purchase a product online, your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped, and your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

Bob's Your Uncle will replace or issue a credit for defective products under warranty or items that were damaged during shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reasons, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original packaging and condition.

All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please contact us by email or call 617 670 3782 to arrange this.
